<p><strong>Ingredients</strong> </p>
<p>5 to 10 Bananas</p>
<p>2 to 3 T of Cacao nibs</p>
<p>1 T Coconuts oil, melted</p>
<p><strong>Preparation </strong></p>
<p>Chop up some bananas and put them in a zip lock bag. Freeze them for about 5 hours. Blend all ingredients in to a food processor and blend until smooth. If the ice cream is too soft, put it back in a freezer for a while. </p>
<p><strong>材料</strong></p>
<p>バナナ　<span>5</span>から<span>10</span>本</p>
<p>カカオニブ　スプーン2から3杯</p>
<p>ココナッツオイル　溶かしたものスプーン1杯</p>
<p><strong>作り方</strong></p>
<p>適当な大きさに切ったバナナをジップロックに入れ５時間くらい冷凍にする。バナナが凍ったら、材料を全てフードプロセッサーに入れ、なめらかになるまでブレンドする。アイスクリームがやわらかすぎたら、冷凍庫に入れて固める。</p>

<p><strong>Ingredients</strong></p>
<p>1 cup of fresh carrot juice </p>
<p>5 to 8 cherry tomato</p>
<p>5 sun dried tomato (soaked in worm water for 30 min)</p>
<p>1 avocado</p>
<p>1 red bell pepper</p>
<p>1 clove garlic</p>
<p>dash of cinnamon, black pepper and cayenne pepper</p>
<p><strong>Preparation</strong></p>
<p>Cut half of avocado and 1 or 2 cherry tomato into dice and set it aside. Put the rest of the ingredients in to a blender and blend until smooth (but still chunky). Pour the soup in to a bowl and add the diced avocado and cherry tomato. </p>
<p><strong>材料</strong></p>
<p>生のにんじんジュース　1カップ</p>
<p>ミニトマト　5から8個</p>
<p>サンドライトマト　5個 （30分程お湯につけたもの）</p>
<p>アボカド　1個</p>
<p>赤パプリカ　1個</p>
<p>にんにく　1個</p>
<p>シナモン、ブラックペッパー、カイエンペッパー　少々</p>
<p><strong>作り方</strong></p>
<p>アボカド半分とミニトマト1、２個をダイス状に切る。残りの材料をゴロゴロした感じが残る程度にブレンダーにかける。スープをボールに入れて、ダイス状のアボカドとミニトマトを入れる。</p>

<p>1 to 2 cloves garlic</p>
<p>1 small ginger, graded </p>
<p>1 to  2 zucchini, peeled</p>
<p>2 C. sesame seeds</p>
<p>1/4 C. fresh lemon juice</p>
<p>1/3 C. water</p>
<p>1/3 C. extra virgin cold pressed olive oil</p>
<p>Pinch of himalayan salt</p>
<p>1/2 tea spoon of miso</p>
<p><strong>Preparation </strong></p>
<p>Mix all ingredients in a blender or food processor.</p>
<p>ENJOY!!</p>
<p>パンや野菜スティツクのデップしてもおいしいですが、こんにゃくとも意外と合います。</p>

<p>Ingredients</p>
<p>1 corn </p>
<p>1 to 2 ripe avocado (mashed)</p>
<p>1/4 onion (minced)</p>
<p>Hand full of land seaweed</p>
<p>Dash of olive oil</p>
<p>Pinch of salt, black pepper, cayenne pepper, curry powder or any spice of your choice.</p>
<p>Preparation</p>
<p>Put land seaweed into a bowl and massage it with olive oil and salt. Cut the corn off the cub with a knife and add rest of the ingredients and mix well.</p>

<p>おかひじきをボールに入れて、オリーブオイルと塩をかけて柔らかくなるまでマッサージする。生のとうもろこしを包丁を使って実をそぐ。全ての材料をボールにいれ、よく混ぜ合わせる。</p>

<p><strong>Ingredients</strong> </p>
<p>1 cup of iced green tea or water</p>
<p>2 tomato</p>
<p>1/2 onion</p>
<p>1 avocado</p>
<p>2 large or 3 small cucumber </p>
<p>1 cup of soaked wakame (leave some soaked water) </p>
<p>1 clove of garlic</p>
<p>desire amount of komatuna green or spinach </p>
<p>1 cup of cilantro </p>
<p>few leaves of mint, rosemary or siso (Japanese basil)</p>
<p>Juice of one lime</p>
<p>desire amount of olive oil</p>
<p>pinch of salt</p>
<p>desire amount of black pepper, cayenne pepper, curry spice or any spice of your choice</p>
<p><strong> Preparation</strong></p>
<p>Cut small piece of avocado into thin slice and set it aside. Chop all the vegetables. Put all the vegetable and tea except for komatuna into the blender and blend. Add komatuna and rest of the ingredients and blend again. Serve into a bowl and garnish some avocado slice.</p>
<p><strong>材料</strong></p>
<p>冷やした緑茶か水　<span>1</span>カップ</p>
<p>トマト　<span>2</span>個</p>
<p>玉ねぎ　<span>1/2</span>個</p>
<p>アボカド　1個</p>
<p>きゅうり　大2本か小3本</p>
<p>水にもどした生わかめ　1カップ（水も少し残しておく）</p>
<p>にんにく　1かけ</p>
<p>小松菜かほうれん草　好みの量</p>
<p>コリアンダー　1カップ</p>
<p>ミント、ローズマリー、しそ　数枚</p>
<p>ライム　1個（絞ったもの）</p>
<p>オリーブオイル　好みの量</p>
<p>塩　少々</p>
<p>こしょう、カイエンペッパー、カレースパイス（他好きなスパイス）　好みの量</p>
<p><strong>作り方</strong></p>
<p>アボカドを少しだけ薄いスライスに切って別にしておく。野菜を全てざく切りにする。小松菜以外の野菜とお茶をブレンダーにかける。小松菜かほうれん草と残りの材料を全て入れてブレンダーにかける。ボールに入れてアボカドのスライスを飾る。</p>
